ORDERED, the House concurring, that the Joint Rules be amended by amending Joint

Rule 215, subsection 1 to read:

1. Calling of Convention Pursuant to Article V of the United States Constitutional

Convention Constitution. An item requesting the calling of a United States Constitutional

Convention pursuant to Article V of the United States Constitution requires a 2/3 majority vote

of the members present in each chamber;
