Operational Capacity Reporting: General Laws, Part I, Title XVIII, Chapter 124

"Section 6A. (a) The department of correction, in collaboration with the Massachusetts Sheriffs Association, Inc., shall report on the use of all facilities

of the department and of each sheriff’s office during the periods of January 1 to June 30, inclusive, and July 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year.
