CONTENTS

This report is submitted, pursuant to Chapter 140 of the Acts of 2024, line item 1596-2418, to the Joint

Committee on Higher Education and the House and Senate Committees on Ways and Means. It

program and shares detailed data on the first two fall cohorts, as well as a snapshot of unduplicated
