An Act authorizing the town of Rochester to continue the employment of fire chief Scott Weigel

By Representative Sylvia of Fairhaven and Senator Rodrigues, a joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 4235) of Mark D. Sylvia and Michael J. Rodrigues (by vote of the town) that the town of Rochester be authorized to continue the employment of Scott Weigel as fire chief in said town, notwithstanding the maximum age requirement.
