AN ACT relating to the autism spectrum disorder trust fund and declaring an emergency.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:

SECTION 1. A NEW SECTION OF KRS CHAPTER 194A IS CREATED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:

(1) The autism spectrum disorder trust fund is hereby created in the State Treasury as a separate trust fund.

The fund shall be administered by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.

(2) The fund shall receive amounts from grants, contributions, appropriations, or other moneys made available

for the purposes of the fund.
