AN ACT relating to nuclear energy development.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:
SECTION 1. A NEW SECTION OF KRS CHAPTER 164 IS CREATED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
(1) As used in this section:
(a) "Affiliate" means any person, partnership, or corporation that controls, is controlled by, or is under
common control with, a utility;
