AN ACT relating to school administrators and declaring an emergency.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:
Section 1. KRS 157.350 is amended to read as follows:
Each district which meets the following requirements shall be eligible to share in the distribution of funds from the
fund to support education excellence in Kentucky:
