AN ACT relating to Kentucky State University and declaring an emergency.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:
SECTION 1. A NEW SECTION OF KRS CHAPTER 164 IS CREATED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
(1) Kentucky State University, recognized as an 1890 land-grant university that is Kentucky's only public
Historically Black College or University (HBCU), shall be a four (4) year residential polytechnic institution
