AN ACT relating to legislative oversight of the Medicaid state plan and declaring an emergency.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:
SECTION 1. A NEW SECTION OF KRS CHAPTER 205 IS CREATED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
(1) As used in this section:
(a) "CMS" means the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services;
(b) "Department" means the Department for Medicaid Services;
