AN ACT relating to the protection of children.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:
Section 1. KRS 620.190 is amended to read as follows:
(1) There shall be established within each judicial district a citizen foster care review board to be appointed by the
Chief District Judge or family court judge. The Chief District Judge or family court judge may authorize the
creation of additional local citizen foster care review boards as needed.
