AN ACT relating to products that offer benefits in connection with personal property.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:
SECTION 1. A NEW SECTION OF KRS CHAPTER 367 IS CREATED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
The purpose of Sections 1 to 7 of this Act is to provide a framework within which vehicle financial protection
products:
(1) Are defined; and
(2) May be offered within this state.
