A JOINT RESOLUTION relating to road projects.
Be it resolved by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:
Section 1. Notwithstanding KRS 48.300, this Joint Resolution in conjunction with 2026 Regular Session
HB 502 and 2026 Regular Session HJR 75 shall constitute the Six-Year Road Plan. The Local Assistance Road
Program projects are as follows:
