A JOINT RESOLUTION relating to road projects.
Be it resolved by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:
Section 1. Notwithstanding KRS 48.110, 48.300, and 176.430, this Joint Resolution in conjunction with
2026 Regular Session HB 502 and 2026 Regular Session HJR 76 shall constitute the Six-Year Road Plan. The last
four years of the Six-Year Road Plan are as follows:
