AN ACT relating to critical facility mapping and declaring an emergency.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:

Section 1. KRS 158.4433 is amended to read as follows:

(1) As used in this section, "school mapping data" means mapping information provided in an electronic or a

digital format to assist first responders in responding to emergencies at schools.

(2) (a) The General Assembly does hereby establish the School Mapping Data Program to be administered by
