AN ACT relating to privacy protection.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:
SECTION 1. A NEW SECTION OF KRS CHAPTER 189 IS CREATED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
(1) As used in this section:
(a) "Alert" means a notification generated by an ALPR indicating that a vehicle passed an ALPR with a
license plate that matches data held by the National Crime Information Center or other comparable
database;
