AN ACT relating to insurance regulatory requirements and declaring an emergency.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:

Section 1. KRS 304.1-050 is amended to read as follows:

As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:

(1) "Commissioner" means the commissioner of the Department of Insurance of this state; and[.]

(2) "Department" means the Department of Insurance of this state[, unless context otherwise requires].

Section 2. KRS 304.1-110 is amended to read as follows:
