AN ACT relating to the collection of local business taxes and fees.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:
Section 1. KRS 67.767 is amended to read as follows:
(1) (a) 1. The Secretary of State shall prescribe separate[a] standard [form or ]forms, through
promulgation of an administrative regulation in accordance with KRS Chapter 13A, which
