AN ACT relating to appropriations providing financing and conditions for the operations, maintenance,

support, and functioning of the Transportation Cabinet of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:

Section 1. The Transportation Cabinet Budget is as follows:

PART I

OPERATING BUDGET

(1) Funds Appropriations: There is appropriated out of the General Fund, Road Fund, Restricted Funds
