AN ACT relating to professional engineering and land surveying scholarships.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:
SECTION 1. A NEW SECTION OF KRS CHAPTER 322 IS CREATED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
It is the intent of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky to:
(1) Ensure the availability of professional engineers and professional land surveyors in the Commonwealth;
and
(2) Address professional engineer and professional land surveyor workforce development and needs
