AN ACT relating to physical therapy.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:
SECTION 1. A NEW SECTION OF KRS CHAPTER 327 IS CREATED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
The General Assembly finds and declares that:
(1) The practice of physical therapy should be regulated and controlled by this chapter and administrative
regulations promulgated thereunder in order to protect and safeguard the health and safety of the citizens
of the Commonwealth of Kentucky; and
