AN ACT relating to postsecondary education.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:
Section 1. KRS 164.001 is amended to read as follows:
As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:
(1) "Administrator" means the chief executive officer of the institution;
(2) "Adult basic education" means instruction in mathematics, science, social studies, reading, language arts, and
related areas to enable individuals to better function in society;
