AN ACT relating to real property appraisers.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:
Section 1. KRS 324A.010 is amended to read as follows:
As used in KRS 324A.010 to 324A.100[324A.090], unless the context requires otherwise:
(1) "Appraisal" means an oral, written, or electronic communication of any type or nature which is independently
