AN ACT relating to health care and declaring an emergency.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:
Section 1. KRS 314.041 is amended to read as follows:
(1) An applicant for a license to practice as a registered nurse shall file with the board a written application for a
license and submit evidence, verified by oath, that the applicant:
(a) Has completed the basic curriculum for preparing registered nurses in an approved school of nursing
and has completed requirements for graduation therefrom;
