AN ACT relating to education and declaring an emergency.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:
SECTION 1. A NEW SECTION OF KRS CHAPTER 158 IS CREATED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
(1) As used in this section:
(a) "Curriculum" means the content and plan for instruction, including materials, instructional
programs, texts, lesson plans, and assessments needed to help students develop critical skills,
knowledge, and meet or exceed proficiency in required academic standards;
