SB 1450 — Milan - Subject to local approval, requires the Board of Mayor and Aldermen to fill a vacancy declared for an office of Alderman within 60 days of such vacancy; authorizes the mayor to make temporary appointments to the office of city attorney or city judge in cases of sickness, absence, or other temporary disability; makes other changes to the city charter. - Amends Chapter 7 of the Private Acts of 1999; as amended.
