SB 2384 — A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact section 53-06.1-14, subsection 11 of section 53-06.2-01, and sections 53-06.2-07 and 53-06.2-10 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the maintenance of electronic pull tab devices and the elimination of dog racing; and to provide an effective date.
