INTRODUCED
SB 2271 — AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 50-24.5 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to adult residential facility payment rates; to amend and reenact section 50-24.5-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the definition of adult residential facility; to provide for a legislative management report; and to provide an appropriation.
