INTRODUCED
SB 2243 — A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact section 39-06.1-06, subsections 1 and 3 of section 39-06.1-10, and sections 40-05-06, and 40-11-12 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the amount of statutory fees, entries against a driving record, points assigned to driving records, limitations on city fines and penalties, and commitment of a guilty person for nonpayment of fines or costs.
