SB 2174 — AN ACT to amend and reenact sections 11-33-02.1 and 58-03-11.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the regulation of odors in an animal feeding operation and zoning authority over animal feeding operations in counties and townships; and to provide an effective date.
