INTRODUCED
SB 2028 — AN ACT to amend and reenact sections 6-01-01.1, 6-01-04, 6-01-10, 6-01-11, and 6-01-16 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the budget approval process and reports of the department of financial institutions; to provide a continuing appropriation; to provide for a report; and to provide an expiration date.
