INTRODUCED
HB 1589 — AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 62.1-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to law enforcement agency and concealed weapon test administrator certifications and firearm proficiency qualification course records; and to amend and reenact subsection 7 of section 62.1-01-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to standards for qualification in firearms training for retired officers.
