INTRODUCED
HB 1425 — AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 11-16, a new chapter to title 12, and two new sections to chapter 54-23.3 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to prosecution-led diversion programs, deflection process, and supervision for presentence programs; to provide for a legislative management study; to provide for a legislative management report; and to provide an appropriation.
