INTRODUCED
HB 1322 — AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 23-27 and a new section to chapter 26.1-47 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to ambulance service balanced billing and provider reimbursement; to amend and reenact section 23-27-04.8 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to emergency medical services communication; to provide for a legislative management study; and to provide an appropriation.
