INTRODUCED
HB 1314 — AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 43-04 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to mobile barber shop requirements; to amend and reenact sections 43-04-01, 43-04-42, 43-04-44, and 43-04-45 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to mobile barbershops and the associated fees, inspection rights, and penalties; and to provide a penalty.
