INTRODUCED
HB 1218 — AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 61-02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a temporary moratorium on conducting an economic analysis for assessment drain projects; to amend and reenact section 61-02-01.3 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to comprehensive water development plans; to provide for a legislative management study; and to provide an expiration date.
