Para crear la “Ley del Programa de Rehabilitación Educativa Comunitaria Correccional (PRECC)”; establecer como política pública del Gobierno de Puerto Rico la implementación del modelo de Rehabilitación Educativa Comunitaria Correccional en aquellas instituciones penales que así lo entienda pertinente el Secretario del Departamento de Corrección y Rehabilitación; y para otros fines relacionados.
